There HAVE to be some law out there which says that to rain when I'm wearing really heavy and large jeans and don't have a jacket, is TOTALLY COMPULSORY to rain.
If not, I don't understand what happens to me.
Maybe it's just Misfortune thinks I'm cool or something.
